This waiting list is for Other Disabled rental housing assistance in Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
The Falmouth Housing Authority (FHA) last accepted Disabled Individual Adult Living Program (DIAL) waiting list applications for Studio and 1-Bedroom apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of August, 2020, until June 1, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.
Please note: According to the FHA, "For this program, applicants must be 18 years of age or older and disabled."

Disabled Individual Adult Living has preferences for: Live, Work, or Attend School Locally, Veterans, Homeless, Live in Substandard Housing, Rent Burdened, Living in Or at Risk of Institutionalization. Preferences are not required but Disabled applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
