The Housing Authority of Jackson County (HAJC) waiting list for Low-Income Housing Tax Credit apartments at Creekside Apartments is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from February 24, 2020, until February 27, 2020. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: There was a $30.00 application fee per adult. Unlike the Section 8 and Public Housing programs, an application fee is allowed for the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to print the online paper application.

Once the application was completed, it was either:

  1. Dropped off in person to the HAJC.
  2. Faxed to the HAJC.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as follows:

  • 2 People $25,950
  • 3 People $29,200
  • 4 People $32,400
  • 5 People $35,000
  • 6 People $37,600

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery.
