Verandas Senior Housing, Project-Based Rental Assistance Senior Waiting List opened on March 8, 2021 and will close on July 5, 2022.

The Punta Gorda Housing Authority Senior and Near-Elderly (55+) Project-Based Rental Assistance waiting list for apartments at Verandas Senior Housing is currently open.

The PGHA is accepting applications for this waiting list from June 2, 2022, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period: 

1. Print the paper application that will be available here.
2. Pick up an application from the PGHA Administration Office, located at 340 Gulf Breeze Ave, Punta Gorda, FL 33950.

Once the application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Mailed to the PGHA, address mentioned above.
2. Faxed to (941) 639-1753.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
