The City of Dubuque Housing and Community Development Department (HCDD) Moderate Rehabilitation waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments is currently open. The HCDD is accepting applications since at least June, 2019, until further notice.
Please note: According to the HCDD, "This small legacy HUD program provides income-eligible applicants with assistance for 10 specific 1-bedroom units and four specific 2-bedroom units. Applications are accepted at any time for this program, but turnover in the program has historically been very low."

Moderate Rehabilitation has preferences for: Preferences Unconfirmed. Preferences are not required but Project-Based applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
