The Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority (SNRHA) General waiting list for apartments at the properties listed below is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from June 30, 2020, until August 31, 2020. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

This opening was for the following properties:

  • Wardelle Street Townhouses (Future Public Housing/PBV/LIHTC) 1, 2 & 3 Bedrooms.
  • Espinoza Terrace (PBV-RAD/Henderson) – 2 Bedrooms, Head, Spouse or Co-tenant must be 55 years or older at the time of application.
  • Rose Gardens (PBV-RAD/North Las Vegas) – 2 Bedrooms, Head, Spouse or Co-tenant must be 55 years or older at the time of application.
  • Lubertha Johnson (PBV-RAD) – 2 Bedrooms, Head, Spouse or Co-tenant must be 55 years or older at the time of application.
  • Designated Senior (James Down, Sartini Plaza and Levy Gardens) -2 Bedrooms, Head, Spouse or Co-tenant must be 55 years or older at the time of application.
  • Coronado Drive (PBV/Henderson) – 2 Bedrooms, Head, Spouse or Co-tenant must be 55 years or older at the time of application.
  • Conventional Public Housing- 4 Bedrooms.
  • Landsman Gardens (PBV-RAD/Henderson) – 5 Bedrooms.
  • Juan Garcia (PBV-Las Vegas) – 4 Bedrooms.
  • Archie Grant Park (PBV-RAD/Las Vegas) –1 & 2 Bedrooms

There were two ways to apply during the opening period:

  1. Print the paper application that was available online in English or Spanish, and the HUD Supplemental Form. Applicants could fill out the form on their computer before printing.
  2. Disabled and out-of-state applicants could have called to request an application by mail.

Once the application was completed, it must have been submitted to the SNRHA Admissions Department.

This waiting list may have had any of the following preferences:

  • Applicants who work 20 or more hours per week
  • Full-time students (Age 18 and older in an accredited school or training program
  • Receiving SSI/SSD or proof of inability to work
  • 62 years of age or older
  • Families that live or work within Clark County
  • Veteran or Spouse of a Veteran
  • Disabled Veteran (disability must be service connected)
  • Spouse of a Deceased Veteran (death must be service connected)

General has preferences for: Elderly, Veterans, Working/Employed, Job Training or Higher Education, Disabled. Preferences are not required but Project-Based applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
