The Fargo Housing Accessible Housing waiting list for apartments at Pioneer Manor and New Horizons is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least June, 2020, until further notice.

Pioneer Manor and New Horizons Accessible Housing has preferences for: Elderly, Live, Work, or Attend School Locally, Veterans, Working/Employed, Disabled, Families with Children. Preferences are not required but Project-Based applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
