Selection Process

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.

Application Method

There were four apply while the waitlist was open:

  1. Email Maloney Properties to request an application.
  2. Print the paper application.
  3. Call the NCHA to request an application.
  4. Pick up an application from the Framingham Housing Authority.

Once the paper application was completed, it was be either:

  1. Emailed to Maloney Properties.
  2. Mailed to Carlson Crossing West.
  3. Dropped off in person at the Maloney Properties office, or the Drop Box.
