The Grand Rapids Housing Commission (GRHC) is currently accepting Assisted Living for Disabled Adults/Seniors 55+ waiting list applications until further notice. Waiting lists for a specific community or bedroom size may be closed.
To apply, complete the online application. Select an open waiting list in the "Asst. Living- Disabled Adults/Seniors 55 & older" section.
This waiting list has the following preferences: Displaced by government action, fire, lead paint, natural disaster, or similar circumstance; Live in city limits of Grand Rapids; Requesting barrier free unit; Veteran or widow of veteran with honorable discharge.

Assisted Living for Disabled Adults/Seniors 55+ has preferences for: Displaced by Natural Disaster, Live, Work, or Attend School Locally, Veterans, Displaced by Government Action. Preferences are not required but Project-Based applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
