The Grand Rapids Housing Commission (GRHC) is currently accepting Housing for Disabled Adults waiting list applications until further notice. Waiting lists for a specific community or bedroom size may be closed.
To apply, complete the online application. Select an open waiting list in the "Housing for Disabled Adults" section.
This waiting list has the following preferences: Displaced by government action, fire, lead paint, natural disaster, or similar circumstance; Live in city limits of Grand Rapids; Requesting barrier free unit; Veteran or widow of veteran with honorable discharge.

Housing for Disabled Adults has preferences for: Displaced by Natural Disaster, Live, Work, or Attend School Locally, Veterans, Displaced by Government Action. Preferences are not required but Project-Based applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
