The Greenwich Communities (GC) State Moderate Housing waiting list for apartments at Armstrong Court, Adams Gardens, and McKinney Terrace I is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from May 15, 2017, until May 8, 2020. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.
