The Greenwich Communities (GC) State Moderate Housing waiting list for apartments at Armstrong Court, Adams Gardens, and McKinney Terrace I is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from May 15, 2017, until May 8, 2020. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

State Moderate Housing has preferences for: Preferences Unconfirmed. Preferences are not required but Project-Based applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
