This waiting list is for Other Project Based rental housing assistance in Greenwich, Connecticut.
The Greenwich Communities (GC) is accepting State/Moderate-Income waiting list applications for 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments for Adams Gardens and McKinney Terrace l Apartments from July 1, 2024, until August 1, 2024. This is the first time the waiting list has been open since it closed in January, 2024.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Households whose head or spouse live, work or have been hired to work full time in the Town of Greenwich.
Selection Process
It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
Application Method
To apply while the waitlist is open, print the paper application.
Once the paper application has been completed, it must be: Mailed to the Greenwich Communities, Attn: S-MOD Waitlist Application, 249 Milbank Avenue, Greenwich, CT 06830.
