Armstrong Court Phase II Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Project-Based Waiting List is Closed as of January 2025. The waiting list was last open in August 2022 and remains closed.

The Greenwich Communities (GC) last accepted Low-Income Housing Tax Credit waiting list applications for 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Armstrong Court Phase II from June 16, 2022, until August 31, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to print the paper application.

Once the application was completed, it was mailed to GC.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Eligible Armstrong Court Residents in occupancy during the relocation construction.
• Households whose head or spouse live, work or have been hired to work full time in the Town of Greenwich.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
