The Greenwich Communities Near Elderly and Disabled State Moderate waiting list for Studio and 1-Bedroom apartments at McKinney Terrace II is currently open.

Greenwich Communities is accepting applications for this waiting list from December 13, 2021, until June 3, 2022.

Please note: According to Greenwich Communities, "Applicants must be at least 55 years of age or Disabled (verification required). Applicants must demonstrate the ability to pay the minimum rent"

Once the application has been completed, it must be postmarked by June 3, 2022 and mailed to Greenwich Communities – MCK2 APP, 249 Milbank Avenue Greenwich, CT 06830.

The maximum income limit for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $63,950
• 2 Persons $73,050

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Live or work In Greenwich, CT.
