The Rural Ulster Preservation Company (RUPCO) last accepted Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for Multiple Properties from the earliest confirmed open date of June 5, 2024, until further notice. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following properties:

  • Golden View - 1-Bedroom units.
  • Landmark Place - Studio and 1-Bedroom units.
  • The Mews at Prattsville - 1 and 2-Bedroom units.
  • Woodstock Commons - 1-Bedroom units.

Please note: "55+ age requirement"

Selection Process

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.

Application Method

There were two ways to apply while the waiting list was open:

  1. Print the paper application.
  2. Pick up an application from the RUPCO’s office.

Once the application was completed, it was to be either:

  1. Dropped off at the RUPCO office mailbox.
  2. Mailed to the RUPCO office.
