The Hinesville Housing Authority (HHA) is currently accepting Project-Based Rental Assistance waiting list applications until further notice. Waiting lists for a specific community or bedroom size may be closed.
To apply, download and print the application online. Select the "Download Application" button on the bottom of the page.
Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the Hinehouse Property Management & Maintenance Services Office, located at 100 Regency Place, Hinesville, GA 31313, from 8:30 am until 4:00 pm ET, Monday, Tuesday, and Friday; and from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm on Wednesday.
The following documentation is required when submitting an application: Valid photo ID.
This waiting list has the following preferences: Displaced by natural disaster, work full time, disabled, victim of domestic violence, enrolled in the City of Gainesville homeless prevention program.

Project Based Rental Assistance has preferences for: Displaced by Natural Disaster, Victims of Domestic Violence, Live, Work, or Attend School Locally, Veterans, Homeless, Disabled. Preferences are not required but Project-Based applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
