The Housing Authority of the City of Laredo (HACL) Mod-Rehab waiting list is currently closed. It was last open for 1-3 Bedroom units for one day in February, 2019. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.
To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to set an appointment by calling the HACL.
Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.
