The Housing Authority of the City of Tulsa (HACT) is accepting Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) waiting list applications for multiple properties from the earliest confirmed open date of January 4, 2024, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following properties:

  • Country Club Gardens - located at 959 Country Club Drive, Tulsa. The RAD Project-Based Voucher units are 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units.
  • East Central Village - located at 12330 E. Archer, Tulsa, OK 74116. The RAD Project-Based Voucher units are 1, 2 and 3-bedrooms
  • LaFortune Tower - 0, 1, & 2-bedroom units.
  • Parkview Terrace - located at 1615W. 59th St., Tulsa, OK 74107. The RAD Project Based Units are 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedrooms.
  • Pioneer Plaza - has 1, & 2-bedroom units.
  • Country Club Gardens- located at 959 Country Club Drive, Tulsa. The RAD Project-Based Voucher units for individuals 62 years old and older are 1 and 2-bedroom.
