The waiting list for Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) properties is currently closed. The Housing Authority of the City of Tulsa is not accepting new applications for RAD project-based rental assistance at this time.
The RAD program converts public housing units to project-based rental assistance, helping preserve affordable housing. Current public housing residents receive priority when units convert.
