The Winder Housing Authority (WHA) 1-4 Bedroom Project Based Rental Assistance waiting list is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from May 1, 2019, until August 14, 2019. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.
To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application. Applications must have been filled out and submitted online. Once an application was submitted, the WHA sent a letter scheduling a verification appointment to determine eligibility.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, weighed by order of preferences.
