The Housing Authority of the City of York (HACY) Low-Income Housing Tax Credit waiting list for 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Village Court Apartments; 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Waverly Court Apartments; and 2, 3, and 4-Bedroom apartments at Homes at Thackston Park is currently open.

The HACY is accepting applications as of January, 2020, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application. Select the waiting list in the "Affordable Housing Options - Tax Credit Developments" section.

This waiting list may have the following preferences:

  • Live or work in York County
  • Involuntary displaced by a local disaster as declared by the Government
    • Must provide documentation within 10 days of submitting the application
  • Homeless
  • Veteran
