This waiting list is for Other Project Based rental housing assistance in Kent and Sussex County, Delaware.
The Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) waiting list for Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) apartments is currently open.
The DSHA will accept applications for this waiting list from the earliest confirmed date of March 9, 2022, until March 18, 2022 at 4:30 pm ET.
To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.
Once the paper application has been completed, it must be emailed, mailed or faxed to the DSHA. Any applications received after March 18, 2022 will be returned.
Preferences have not yet been confirmed.
It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
