Please note: According to the RUPCO Application "The Lace Mill - Preference for all 55 units at the Lace Mill will be given to artists from diverse artistic and cultural backgrounds. Only one adult household member, 18 or older, needs to demonstrate a commitment as a practicing artist, in order to qualify for the artist preference."

Multiple Properties, Family has preferences for: Preferences Unconfirmed. Preferences are not required but Section 8 Project-Based Voucher applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
