The Lawrence Housing Authority (LHA) Massachusetts Public Housing waiting list for 1, 2 3, and 4-bedroom units is currently open, from November 3, 2018, until further notice.
There are two ways to apply:

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.

Massachusetts Public Housing has preferences for: Near-Elderly, Elderly, Veterans. Preferences are not required but Project-Based applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
