The Lowell Housing Authority (LHA) is accepting General Massachusetts Public Housing waiting list applications for 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartments from November 17, 2018, until further notice

This waiting list has the following preferences: Homelessness caused by displacement from a natural disaster, government action, or domestic violence, veterans, working families.
Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.

The application may be picked up in person at the LHA office located at LHA Public & Leased Housing Services Office located at 89 Appleton St., Lowell, MA 01853 during business hours M-F 8:30am – 4:30pm.

Massachusetts State-Aided Public Housing has preferences for: Veterans, Working/Employed, Homeless, Displaced by Government Action. Preferences are not required but Project-Based applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
