The Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority (MHRA) last accepted Supportive Services Low-Income Housing Tax Credit waiting list applications for 1-Bedroom apartments from the earliest confirmed date of May 19, 2022, until further notice. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the MHRA, applicants "Must meet all criteria

  1. Elderly or disabled
  2. Homeless or at-risk of homelessness
  3. In need of assistance with a minimum of 2 Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (i.e. meals, housekeeping, laundry, coordination of transportation)
  4. A Household with members under the age of 18 are ineligible"

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

  1. Complete the online application.
  2. Print the paper application.
