The Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority (MHRA) last accepted Supportive Services Low-Income Housing Tax Credit waiting list applications for 2-Bedroom apartments from the earliest confirmed date of May 19, 2022, until the earliest confirmed closed date of April 11, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the MHRA, applicants "Must meet all criteria

  1. Elderly or disabled
  2. Homeless or at-risk of homelessness
  3. In need of assistance with a minimum of 2 Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (i.e. meals, housekeeping, laundry, coordination of transportation)
  4. A Household with members under the age of 18 are ineligible"
