The Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority (MHRA) last accepted Supportive Services Low-Income Housing Tax Credit waiting list applications for 2-Bedroom apartments from the earliest confirmed date of May 19, 2022, until the earliest confirmed closed date of April 11, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Supportive Services, 2-Bedroom, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit has preferences for: Displaced by Natural Disaster, Live, Work, or Attend School Locally, Veterans, Homeless, Displaced by Government Action. Preferences are not required but Project-Based applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
