The Minot Housing Authority (MHA) is accepting Tax Credit Properties waiting list applications from the earliest confirmed open date of March, 2019, until further notice. Waiting lists for a specific community or bedroom size may be closed.
To apply while the waitlist is open, open and print the application that will be available on the MHA website. Select the "Application" link for a Tax Credit Properties community.
Once the application has been completed, it must be either:

Low-Income Housing Tax Credit has preferences for: Preferences Unconfirmed. Preferences are not required but Project-Based applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
