Maple Court Townhomes Apartments, 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom, Low Income Housing Tax Credit Project-Based Waiting List is Closed as of December 2025.

The Moorhead Public Housing Agency (MPHA) last accepted Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) waiting list applications for 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom Apartments at Maple Court Townhomes Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of February 26, 2024, until further notice. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following property:

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to print the paper application.

Once the paper application was completed, it was to be either:

1. Faxed to MPHA.
2. Hand deliver to the MPHA office.
3. Mailed to the MPHA office.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
