The Marion County Housing Authority (MCHA) is accepting Family MCHA-Owned waiting list applications for Multiple Senior properties from the earliest confirmed open date of April 19, 2024.

This waiting list is for the following family properties:

  • Creekside Duplexes - located at 210 -260 11th St and 1080-1090 SW Washington St, Aumsville, 97325. 2 and 3-bedroom apartments
  • Evergreen Court - located at 426 Union St, Jefferson, 97352. 2 and 3-bedroom apartments.
  • Meadowood - located at 322 Conser St, Jefferson , 97352. 4-bedroom apartments 
  • Woodpark Terrace - located at 1025 Park Ave, Woodburn,  97071. 2 and 3-bedroom apartments

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

To apply while the waitlist is open, print the paper application for each property below:

Once the paper application has been completed, it was to be either:

  1. Hand delivered to the MCHA main office, located at 2645 Portland Rd. NE, Suite 200, Salem, OR 97301.
  2. Mailed to the MCHA office, address mentioned above.
  3. Faxed to the MCHA at (503) 798-4171.
