The Oklahoma City Housing Authority (OCHA) Senior/Disabled waiting list for apartments at Reding Annex is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least July, 2021, until further notice.
Please note: According to the OCHA, "To be eligible for this property you must be elderly and/or disabled. Elderly family means a family whose head, spouse, cohead, or sole member is a person who is at least 62 years of age. Disabled family means a family whose head, spouse, cohead, or sole member is a person with disabilities [24 CFR 5.403]. OCHA must give elderly and disabled families equal preference in selecting these families for admission to mixed population developments."
