The Pike Metropolitan Housing Authority (PMHA) is currently accepting Emmitt Station Apartments waiting list applications.
Emmit Station Apartments is a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit and Rural Development community with 40 total units; including 16 1-Bedroom units, 22 2-Bedroom units, and two 3-Bedroom units.
To apply, pick up an application at the PMHA office, located at 2626 Shyville Rd, Piketon, OH.
Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address above.
Be sure to include copies of these items with your application: Birth certificates, social security cards, and proof of all income for all household members, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
This waiting list has no preferences.
Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
As of May 2017, this waiting list is about 1-2 years longer than the Public Housing waiting list.
