The SMHA is accepting applications for this waiting list as of December, 2021, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

  1. Call (512) 396-3363  to request an application my mail.
  2. Pick up an application from the SMHA office, located at at 503 Springtown Way, San Marcos, TX 78666.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

  • Applicants who live or work in Hays County. 

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
