The Somersworth Housing Authority (SHA) is accepting Rental Assistance waiting list applications for 3-Bedroom apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of July 17, 2024, until further notice.

Selection Process

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.

Application Method

There are two ways to apply while the waitlist is open:

1. Complete an application in person at the SHA Central Office, located at 25 Bartlett Ave Suite A, Somersworth, N.H. 03878. 
2. Print the paper application.

Once the paper application is completed, it must be either:

1. Dropped off in person at the SHA office or at the drop box, located at the address mentioned above.
2. Mailed to the SHA office, address mentioned above.
3. Faxed to 603-692-2877.
