The Southeast Kansas Community Action Program (SEK-CAP) Rental Properties waiting list is currently open, since at least April, 2019, until further notice. Waiting lists for a specific community or bedroom size may be closed.
To apply, download and print an application online. Select the application link for a community listed under the "Housing Application" section on the right side of the page.

Rental Properties has preferences for: Preferences Unconfirmed. Preferences are not required but Project-Based applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
