The Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority (SNRHA) Affordable Housing waiting list for apartments at Brown Homes is currently closed. It is not known when this waiting list was last open, or when it will reopen.
Please note: According to the SNRHA, "The rents are a flat fee and set by the individual community, and do not fluctuate based on income. Our rents are typically between 30-40% below market. Affordable Housing is available to all residents who qualify, and each individual community has different qualifying criteria."
