The Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority (SNRHA) Affordable Housing waiting list for apartments at the communities listed below is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least November, 2018, until further notice.
Please note: According to the SNRHA, "The rents are a flat fee and set by the individual community, and do not fluctuate based on income. Our rents are typically between 30-40% below market. Affordable Housing is available to all residents who qualify, and each individual community has different qualifying criteria."
