The Southwestern Idaho Cooperative Housing Authority (SICHA) Family Rural Development waiting list is currently open, since at least March, 2019, until further notice. Waiting lists for a specific community or bedroom size may be closed.
To apply, download and print, the application online. Select the "Rural Development Family Application" link.
Once the application has been completed, it must be mailed to the SICHA at 377 Cornell Street, Middleton, ID 83644.

Rural Development Family has preferences for: Preferences Unconfirmed. Preferences are not required but Project-Based applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.

This housing agency serves Adams County, Boise County, Canyon County, Elmore County, Gem County, Owyhee County, Payette County, Valley County, Washington County, Idaho. Service does not extend to Boise, Idaho.
