OPEN: Allure at Harbor Point, Below Market Rent is currently open and does not have a predetermined closing date.

The Charter Oak Communities (COC) Below Market Rent waiting list for 0, 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Allure at Harbor Point is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least July, 2021 until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, print the online paper application here.

Once the application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Mailed to the Charter Oaks Communities, 22 Clinton Avenue, Stamford, CT 06901.
2. Dropped off at the drop box located at the COC office, address mentioned above. 
3. Emailed to Applications@CharterOakCommunities.org.

The maximum income limits for each household size are available here.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Working or already living in the South End of Stamford.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
