Greenfield Apartments LIHTC has preferences for: Displaced by Natural Disaster, Victims of Domestic Violence, Live, Work, or Attend School Locally, Working/Employed, Displaced by Government Action. Preferences are not required but Project-Based applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
