This waiting list is for Other Project Based rental housing assistance in Stamford, Connecticut.
The Charter Oak Communities (COC) Low-Income Housing Tax Credit waiting list for 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Lawnhill Terrace Phase 1 and 2 is currently closed. Applications were last accepted since at least May, 2021, until further notice. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.
To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to print the paper application.
Once the application was completed, it was returned to Charter Oak Communities.
