This waiting list is for Other Project Based rental housing assistance in Stamford, Connecticut.
The Charter Oak Communities (COC) Low-Income Housing Tax Credit waiting list for 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Lawnhill Terrace Phase 1 and 2 is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least May, 2021, until further notice.

Once the application has been completed, it must be returned to Charter Oak Communities, 22 Clinton Ave, Stamford, CT 06901.
