Lawnhill Terrace Phase 1 and 2 LIHTC Project-Based Waiting List is Closed as of January 2026. The waiting list was last open in December 2024 and remains closed.

The Charter Oak Communities (COC) Low-Income Housing Tax Credit waiting list for 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Lawnhill Terrace Phase 1 and 2 is currently closed. Applications were last accepted since at least May, 2021, until further notice. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to print the paper application.

Once the application was completed, it was returned to Charter Oak Communities.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as follows:

• 2 Person $72,240
• 3 Persons $81,300
• 4 Persons $90,300
• 5 Persons $97,560
• 6 Persons $104,760

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
