The Charter Oak Communities (COC) Low-Income Housing Tax Credit waiting list for 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Palmer Square is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least May, 2021, until further notice.

Palmer Square LIHTC has preferences for: Displaced by Natural Disaster, Live, Work, or Attend School Locally, Working/Employed, Displaced by Government Action. Preferences are not required but Project-Based applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
