This waiting list is for Other Project Based rental housing assistance in Stamford, Connecticut.
The Charter Oak Communities (COC) Low-Income Housing Tax Credit waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Park 215 is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least July, 2021, until further notice.
There are two ways to apply during the opening period:
Once the application has been completed, it must be returned to Charter Oak Communities, 22 Clinton Ave, Stamford, CT 06901.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.

Park 215, LIHTC has preferences for: Displaced by Natural Disaster, Victims of Domestic Violence, Live, Work, or Attend School Locally, Working/Employed, Displaced by Government Action. Preferences are not required but Project-Based applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
