Summer Place has preferences for: Displaced by Natural Disaster, Victims of Domestic Violence, Displaced by Government Action, Terminated from Assistance Due to Lack of Funding, Chronic Homeless. Preferences are not required but Project-Based applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
