The Charter Oak Communities (COC) Low-Income Housing Tax Credit waiting list for 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Westwood Townhomes is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least May, 2021, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, print the paper application here.

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

  • 2 Person $69,300
  • 3 Persons $77,940
  • 4 Persons $86,580
  • 5 Persons $93,540
  • 6 Persons $100,440

This waiting list has the following preferences:

  • Working 
  • Local Residency
  • Involuntary displaced due to natural disaster or government action.
  • Victims of hate crimes.
  • victims of domestic violence. 

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.

Westwood Townhomes has preferences for: Displaced by Natural Disaster, Victims of Domestic Violence, Live, Work, or Attend School Locally, Working/Employed, Displaced by Government Action. Preferences are not required but Project-Based applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
