The Housing Authority of the City of Laurel (HACL) is accepting Low Income Housing Tax Credit waiting list applications for Triangle Homes and Beacon Homes Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of April 29, 2024, until further notice.
This waiting list is for the following properties:
This waiting list has the following preferences: Head of household must be legally and continuously employed with 20 or more hours per week AND have qualifying income or; Must meet the definition of Elder or Disabled family as defined by HUD AND have qualifying income
It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
