The Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority (MHRA) last accepted Low Income Housing Tax Credit program waiting list applications for 2-Bedroom Apartments at Cedar Chestnut Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of April 11, 2024, until further notice. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: "In order to be considered for this property, Recommend and/or requires application/placement on the Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List as well."

There were two ways to apply while the waitlist was open:

  1. Complete the online application.
  2. Print the paper application.

Once the paper application was completed, it was to be either:

  1. Returned to the MHRA main office Drop Box
  2. Mailed to the Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority.

Preferences have not been confirmed.
