The Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority (MHRA) is accepting Low Income Housing Tax Credit program waiting list applications for Upland Heights apartments from July 5, 2023, until further notice.

Please note: "In order to be considered for this property, your household must also apply to the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program through MHRA." 

There are four ways to apply during the opening period:

  1. Complete the online application.
  2. Print the paper application.
  3. Pick up an application in person at The MHRA main office, located at 198 Hanover St, from 9:00 am, until 4:00 pm ET.
  4. Call the MHRA main office at (603) 624-2100 to have an application mailed.

Once the paper application is completed, it must be: Returned to the MHRA main office, address mentioned above.

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

  • 1 Person $37,050 | 5 Persons $57,150
  • 2 Persons $42,350 | 6 Persons $61,400
  • 3 Persons $47,350 
  • 4 Persons $52,900 

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
