Williamsport Terrace Project-Based Waiting List is Closed as of February 2026. The waiting list was last open in January 2025 and remains closed.

The Pickaway Metropolitan Housing Authority (PMHA) waiting list for apartments at Williamsport Terrace is currently closed. Applications were last accepted since at least August 2021, until further notice.

• Williamsport Terrace, had 1 and 2-bedroom units.

There were three ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Print the paper application.
3. Pick up an application from PMHA office.

There were no preferences.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
