This waiting list is for Other Project Based rental housing assistance in Windsor, Winterfield, Fountain and Bethel, North Carolina.
The Mid-East Regional Housing Authority (MERHA) last accepted Multi Family Section 8 New Construction waiting list applications for Woodville Homes, Windsor Oaks, Winterville Court, Deerfield l & ll and Quail Ridge Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of February 20, 2024, until February 29, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to print the paper application.
Once the paper application was completed, it was to be: returned to the MERHA office.
