Please click the link provided for information on that area. The Midwest Minnesota Community Development Corporation (MMCDC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families. Please note: The MMCDC does not offer a Public Housing program for senior/disabled households.The MMCDC offers 25 scattered site homes for families, ranging in size from 3 to 5 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:

  1. Request to have a pre-application mailed or emailed to you by calling (218) 846-7316 during normal office hours.
  2. Visit the MMCDC to pick up a pre-application, located at 119 Graystone Plaza, Suite 100, Detroit Lakes, Minnesota 56501, during normal office hours.
