The Crawfordville Housing Authority Public Housing waiting list for all bedroom sizes apartments is currently open

The CHA is accepting applications for this waiting list every Wednesday from May 11, 2022 until further notice. 

To apply during the opening period, print the paper application available here.

Once the application has been completed, it must be returned to the Warrenton Housing Authority, located at 101 Phelps Dr, Warrenton, GA 30828, from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm and from 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm ET.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

  • An applicant who is a veteran with an adult family member enrolled in an employment training program, currently working twenty-five (25) hours a week, or attending school on a full-time basis. For applicants who are currently working, employment shall have been held for at least the past six (6) months. This preference is also extended equally to all elderly families and all families whose head or spouse is receiving income based on their inability to work.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
